Ritter Communications, the largest privately held telecommunications service provider serving the Mid-South exclusively, celebrated the opening of its RightFiber storefront on Jan. 23. Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce representatives and city officials joined Ritter for a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the first RightFiber storefront, located at 3106 Southwest Drive. The new retail location offers customers a dedicated space to discover the RightFiber advantages and find the broadband service and speeds that best fit the needs of their family and home. Speaking at the event were Ritter Communications CEO Alan Morse, Mayor Harold Copenhaver, Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Mark Young and Heath Simpson, who was introduced as the new chief executive officer of Ritter Communications effective Jan. 31.
