The Craighead County Jonesboro Public  Library will host Adult Papel Picado from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Round Room. Participants will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by cutting intricate designs into delicate and colorful tissue paper to create a banner to hang during celebrations.
