Downtown Jonesboro Alliance hosted Joy Fest, its annual holiday event, on Dec. 2 on Union Street in Downtown Jonesboro. The event included performances by The Foundation of Arts and The Link Theatre Company, live music, a kids’ zone, shopping in Barton’s Village and the lighting of the new RightFiber Christmas tree. The family of the late Michael Nunnally, who passed away in April 2023, was selected to light the tree this year, as DJA honored Nunnally for his service.
