DSO Kicks Off 50th Season With Reception and Concert
Delta Symphony Orchestra kicked off its 50th golden anniversary season with a champagne reception for sponsors and season ticket holders. DSO was founded in 1974 by Dr. Neale Bartee, who continues to conduct and serve as artistic director for the organization. Jeremy Crosmer was the featured artist at the concert and his parents, Paul and Janet Crosmer of Sherwood, were special guests at the reception. Toasts were given by Bartee, Lacy Baker and Mitzi Young. DSO will present its next concert on Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Fowler Center on the A-State campus.
