The Downtown Jonesboro BBQ Fest was held Sept. 27-28 as dozens of competition barbecue teams competed for prize money. Vendors lined Main Street offering a taste of area barbecue and other concessions during the annual festival. Live music was performed on two stages throughout the event, including concerts by Al Kapone, June & Giles, Band of Heathens, Kaden Trevathan, The Eastwoods, Exciter, Stephen Pearcy’s RATT, Starroy, Fallen Within, Flatland Funk Donors, Further Down and Smells Like Nirvana.
