December 1-3
Mistletoe Madness Market, a vendor show benefitting the Community Health Education Foundation (CHEF), Dec. 1, noon to 9 p.m.; Dec. 2, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Dec. 3, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Caraway Plaza Shopping Center. December 1-21
Winter Wonderland, located at 215 W. Monroe Ave., a free Christmas-themed entertainment venue for children, will be open from 5:30-8 p.m. weekdays and 1-8 p.m. on Saturdays. Info: 933-4604

December 1-31
First Community Bank’s Wonderland Rink will be open during the holidays during the following hours: Monday through Friday, 4-10 p.m.; Saturday, 1-10 p.m.; and Sunday 1-6 p.m. The cost is $5 per skater, including skate rental, for 45 minutes sessions starting every hour. Friday, December 1

The Bradbury Art Museum will host a Holiday Ornament Workshop starting at 2 p.m. Guests will create fun and festive holiday ornaments while drawing inspiration from BAM’s current exhibition, “A Shared Vision: Selections from the Rudolph-Blume Collection.” This workshop is free, family friendly and open to the public. Walnut Street Baptist Church will present its Festival of Christmas Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 9 and 10 at 6 p.m. The holiday event will include performances by the WBC children’s choir, adult choir and orchestra.
