Tuesday, January 7
The Downtown Jonesboro Alliance will host its monthly Yoga with a Twist event at Brickhouse Grill beginning at 6 p.m. Guests will enjoy beverages as they participate in a 45-minute yoga session led by local instructor Bethany Davis. Info: (870) 919-6176.

Wednesday, January 15
Acre of Hope, an event recognizing agriculture in Northeast Arkansas that raises money to fight hunger, will be held from 6-9 p.m. at The Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas. Guests will enjoy dinner and live and silent auctions. Info: Kassie Williams, (870) 932-3663.

Saturday, January 18
Winter Blast, hosted by John 3:16 Ministries, will take place at First National Bank Arena on the Arkansas State University campus from 3-8 p.m. The evening will consist of food, live and silent auctions, and live entertainment by The Cleverlys. Info: (870) 799-2525.

The A-State Alumni Association will host the third annual Bubbles & Bingo at the Cooper Alumni Center from 10 a.m. to noon. Guests will enjoy brunch, drinks, live music, celebrity bingo callers and a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the A-State Rugby Club. Tickets are $50. Info: astatealumni.org.

The Jonesboro Polar Plunge will take place at the Jonesboro Elks Lodge with registration beginning at noon and the polar plunge beginning at 2:30 p.m. Join in on the fun and form a team to take the plunge in support of Special Olympics Arkansas. Thursday, January 23
The opening reception for the 2020 Delta National Small Prints Exhibition will be from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Bradbury Art Museum in the Fowler Center. Exhibitions will be open from Jan. 23 to Feb. 19. Spin-A-Thon, a fundraiser for St. Bernards Women’s and Children’s Services, will take place at Brickhouse Grill from 6-9 p.m. It will feature live music, beverages, snacks and half-hour spin classes. Saturday, January 25
The Northeast Arkansas Bridal Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Red Wolf Convention Center. The Foundation of Arts will host its annual fundraising gala, Cabin Fever, at the Cooper Alumni Center on the Arkansas State University campus, with cocktail hour beginning at 6:30 p.m. and dinner served at 7 p.m. Enjoy a night of dinner, drinks, gaming, dancing and a live comedy show; all proceeds directly benefit The Foundation of Arts.
