Friday, February 1

Sunday, February 3
St. Jude ‘Stravaganza, the largest St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital fundraiser in Arkansas, will begin at 3:30 p.m. at the former Sears store, 1901 S. Caraway Road. Fifty flat screen TVs will broadcast the Super Bowl, and dinner will include ribs, smoked chicken, shrimp, crawfish, desserts and drinks. Info: (870) 340-2127.

Friday, February 8
The Tim Tebow Foundation will host Night to Shine at Fellowship Jonesboro from 6-9 p.m. This event is an unforgettable prom night experience for people with special needs ages 14 and older. Tickets are available for purchase at fellowshipjonesboro.com. Info: timtebowfoundation.org.

February 9-15

Saturday, February 9
The Healthy Heart 2-Mile Run/Walk will take place as part of the Get In Gear Fitness Series presented by St. Bernards and Gearhead Outfitters. Packet pick-up will be at 8 a.m. on Feb. 8 at Health & Wellness and the race will begin on Feb. 9 at 9 a.m. Prizes will be provided for best costumes, couples category and top three in each age bracket. Make-A-Wish MidSouth will host its 21st annual Have-A-Heart Wish-A-Thon from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Info: midsouth.wish.org.

Thursday, February 21
The Main Event Luncheon, hosted by the Downtown Jonesboro Association, will be held at The Glass Factory, 313 W. Huntington Ave., at 11:30 a.m. Guests will enjoy lunch provided by several downtown businesses and hear from keynote speaker Ben Muldrow. Tickets are $75 per person or $500 for a table of eight. February 22-27
The A-State Theatre Department will present Erin Mallon’s “Soft Animals” Feb. 22, 23, 26 and 27 at 7:30 p.m. and Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. at The Fowler Center. Saturday, February 23
Beauty and the Beads, hosted by the Single Parent Scholarship Fund of Craighead County, will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn.
